HOT ALUMINUM PLATE ROLLING MILL (OPERATOR SIDE VIEW)

This Rolling Mill is driven by Gear Box cum Coupling Spindle combination and can take in a slab of upto 100 mm thickness and above 100 Kg weight (Aluminum).

The main specs are as follows:

1) Roll Size: 520 mm Dia x 1120 mm Long (20.5" x 44")
2) Roll Material: En-31 or equivalent forged alloy steel hardened & tempered to about 40-45 HR'C'.
3) Gear Box cum Pinion Stand of 250 HP Rating.
4) Couplings of 415 mm Dia
5) Flywheel of 3000 Kgs running at 500 RPM mounted on separate pedestals
6) Geared Coupling between Flywheel and Gear Box with Shear Bolts for protection in case of accidents
7) Motorised Screw Down with En-24 Screw & Bronze Nuts
8) Roller Tables (Lifting Type) can be added on both sides as required in case of heavy slabs
9) The mill can be made reversible with DC regenerative braking if required
10) We have made similar mills for other materials like Copper, Brass, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel or other alloys
