Roland D-50 & Strymon Big Sky and Nightsky Ambient Pads

Can 80's synths be used in ambient music? The answer is YES with the Roland D-50 that I coupled with the Strymon Nightsky, then with the Big Sky. This is Roland D-50 Ambient Pads video.

These two pedals transform the sound each in their own way: they are not similar but complementary.

I am very happy to use the Roland D-50, which was used in many tracks of the 80s and 90s (Jean-Michel Jarre, Eric Serra, Enya, Queen...).
