Located on the third level of VivoCity and covering 27,000 sq feet, Food Republic offers customers glimpses of life during the 1900 to 1940s period when the climate in Asia was one of political uncertainty and the simplest things in life were greatly treasured.

Every decorative detail of this latest 900-seater food atrium is aimed at recreating an atmosphere of nostalgia & celebration. An entire uninhabited Hakka Village was brought over from China to form the centre piece structure of this food atrium. Suspended old bicycles add a new twist to the ambient old world charm of the space. There’s even an old Chinese Marriage Sedan at the entrance.

Vegetarian fans will rejoice with the variety of Indian specialties from Saravanaa Bhavan and Bak Kut Teh lovers will delights in warm peppery bone broth from Balestier Bak Kut Teh. The little kid in you will also be delighted with finds such as ding ding candy, tutu kueh and more.
