Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tsp
Ghee -1 tsp
Cinnaman -1 inch
Red chilli - 2
Cloves - 2
Bay leaf - 1 small
Cardamom - 1
Capsicum - 1 medium sliced
Onion - 1 medium sliced
Cooked rice - 250gm/ 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves - little

Preparation:
1.Keep 1 cup cooked rice ready.
2.In a hot pan, add oil and ghee.Once its hot add cinnamon,cloves,cardamom, bay leaves, red chilli and fry.
3.Add onion fry.Next add capsicum fry, without closing the lid.So that it will be crunchy.All in medium flame.Add little salt, for onion and capsicum.
4.Then add turmeric powder,cumin powder, coriander powder fry.Add cooked rice.Mix well.Check the salt.Then add required quantity of salt for rice.
5.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Note: You can add fresh peas if required while adding capsicum.Can also add 1/4 tsp garam masala powder,if required while adding turmeric.

Capsicum Bath is ready now!
