As we narrowly escape destruction time and time again, our focus intensifies on the elusive madmen in the Kremlin, Yuri and Romanov. Their grip in the war loosens; they grow weaker and the alleged reluctance of their Chinese "allies" to support them further undermines their position. Our combined progress on Paradox Batteries and advancements in Particle Collision to fill the gap that the Peacekeeper Missiles left will provide us with a strategic advantage against any wonder weapons Romanov or Yuri may hope to deploy.

In an effort to expand our network of Chronospheres, it is imperative to construct one near the Florida Keys to enhance our strategic mobility. For you see sir, the Chronospheres themselves are exponential to our war effort. One could be over-clocked to warp as many objects as possible but not without lasting damage. A network of Chronospheres from Osaka to the Florida Keys, using the Magnetic Field to "connect" to each other and warp large distances will allow them to virtually transport anything, anywhere, anytime.

Recent discoveries, from our raid on Guantanamo to the capture of Latin Confederation nuclear scientists in Peru, suggest that despite being severely hampered and lacking naval assets, the Confederation may be creating a nuclear arsenal. In this critical phase, victory demands a united front. Command your American troops alongside a regiment from the Pacific Front dispatched by Admiral Nagama, while a European Chronosphere taskforce is en route. Construct and protect the Chronosphere, use it to establish a foothold on Cuban soil - and watch as the dominoes fall.
