What’s my next Adventure? Exciting plan revealed [Ep 175]

This week I take Bonny to Paws of Parbold so she can run free in a safe environment before setting off in some gusty winds towards Burscough along the Leeds Liverpool Canal. I discuss my future plans for once I get to Liverpool which is to cross the River Mersey and I am faced with a couple of swing bridges which as a solo boater can be a challenge in addition to falling down a hole and hurting my ankle. The week ends up with fellow boaters in the Slip way pub.

After selling my house to experience an alternative lifestyle I bought a canal boat and a camper van which as a solo female who loves to travel, gives me the best of both worlds. I have recently got myself a new addition to the crew, a fabulous companion - my little rescue dog Bonny who is an absolute joy and the perfect First Mate. I also work full time off grid from my tiny home and trade at canal festivals as The Narrowboat Pirate aboard The Pirate Boat.
