10min Abs Burner - Pilates Matwork Beginner - Tone and shape, legs, back, shoulders, abs & core

Описание к видео 10min Abs Burner - Pilates Matwork Beginner - Tone and shape, legs, back, shoulders, abs & core

Your core is a complex set of muscles that extend well beyond your abs. These interconnected muscles, stretching from the pelvis and diaphragm to the back and hips, provide strength and stability to both your upper and lower body. Ensuring your core is strong and flexible will help you in the gym, playing sports or just going about your daily business. A strong core will also help you maintain good posture and avoid issues like lower back pain.

To build your core quickly but effectively, focus on a routine that touches all major core muscles, including the pelvic floor muscles, traverse abdominal muscles, erector spine muscles, and obliques.

Start your day by doing these abdominal exercises to challenge your abdominal strength and endurance. This is a matwork series of abdominal exercises that I have translated from traditional reformer exercises. Do this daily for maximum core gain!
