Tonic Studios Craft Kit 55 - Bureau Bloom Box - Unboxing and Project Inspirations

In this Tonic Studios Craft Kit unboxing and box and cardmaking tutorial video I share with you the contents of the kit and suggest different ways they can be used. The dies in the craft kit are designed to make a gift box or a cute storage box, called a Bureau Bloom Box, but I show you ways to stretch your stash by making two completely different cards, using craft products included in the kit.

The dies included in this month's craft kit are beautifully detailed floral panel verso dies, along with the dies to construct the box. There are also some small decorative oval dies, a tag die and 4 sentiment dies. Also there are some strip dies included. There is also a very generous amount of Nuvo products included in this month's Tonic Craft Kit, including Nuvo glitter drops, a stamp cleaning cloth, Nuvo alcohol markers and a large tub of glimmer paste. Included as a free gift for Craft Kit subscribers is a pot of green parade shimmer powder. I show you how to use the shimmer powder by adding it to card stock, spritzing with water and showcase the beautiful effects than can be achieved using Nuvo shimmer powder.

The two example card projects I make and share using the contents of the kit are all completely different, showing you many different ways to use the kit contents. I also suggest other possible ideas and inspiration of different types of cards and different ways to use the kit contents to produce even more makes.

The craft kit also includes a beautiful colour palette of card stock and paper in pinks, white and green, which is really fresh and spring like.

If you haven't tried a Tonic Craft Kit yet, I'd highly recommend them! You can sign up and cancel any time if you don't fancy the look of that month's kit, but honestly I think sometimes its good to be pushed outside of our comfort zones and try something new and there are always so many ways to use the products in the kit. The kit may contain dies to make a box, but if you don't want to make the box there will be lots of ways to use the kit contents to make cards and other projects.
