In today's video Ed & J.T. discuss the following question from the RecruitHUB community:

"We have 3 step process, phone screen, group interview and then final interview with HM. Our group interviews are not a black and white decision making process. We have our candidates work together to problem solve various scenarios and come up with a solution to present to us.

We are very focused on watching out the candidates work together as a team. At the end of this process, we vote on who we think should move based on being a cultural fit. I always reach out to candidates via e-mail if not chosen to notify them and keep it personal still, not a generic e-mail. I get responses that are positive but want feedback, now these are qualified individuals that I have screened but in person maybe their actions didn't match up.

How do you respectfully give feedback to that? I simply reply that I don't have any and let them know that I can be a resource if they want to connect on LinkedIn etc. I recognize that besides being part of my company, I have a personal brand and want to keep good relations with candidates I have screen for any company. "
