GE2020: PAP unveils line-up for Ang Mo Kio, Jurong, Tanjong Pagar and Jalan Besar GRCs

On June 29, the ruling People's Action Party (PAP) revealed who it will be fielding for several wards in the coming general election. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Nadia Ahmad Samdin, Ng Ling Ling, Gan Thiam Poh and Darryl David will contest Ang Mo Kio GRC. At Jurong GRC, anchor minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam introduced new candidate 35-year-old Xie Yao Quan. The rest of the line-up includes first-timer Shawn Huang, Rahayu Mahzam and Tan Wu Meng. For Tanjong Pagar GRC, the two newcomers are Alvin Tan and Eric Chua. They join Trade and Industry Minister Chan Chun Sing, Indranee Rajah and Joan Pereira.
