As promised to some of you, I put together the long video version of how I did my chemical peel at home for the first time to help with my acne, hyperpigmentation and acne scars. My mom’s cancer diagnosis took a toll on me physically, emotionally and mentally. I was depressed for several months. My overall health declined. My skin got worse from depression, lack of sleep, stress and lack of nutrition. Since mom’s been responding well to chemotherapy treatment, I slowly get back to self care. Getting chemical peel is my first step to healthier skin. This is my first time doing a Vlog and talking in video, I felt very awkward 😬 but I hope some of you will find the video helpful.
