1950年代の下町のレトロな雰囲気が今も残る東京の下町・谷中(やなか)銀座を歩きます。JR日暮里駅からもほど近く、夕焼けを見られる「夕焼けだんだん」と呼ばれる階段から谷中銀座を望む光景やこのあたりの谷根千と呼ばれるエリアは古き良き東京が残されたフォトスポットとしても有名です。

古くから残る老舗のせんべい屋が道中登場するのも、寺院が多数点在するこのエリアの楽しみの一つです。猫が似合う下町でもあります。
