#DidYouKnow 👉 Bile duct narrowing, known as Bile Duct Stricture, occurs in 20-30% of cases following a liver transplant, often due to liver enlargement. This risk remains present for 3 months to 3 years post-transplant. Common symptoms include itching and jaundice. To resolve the blockage, the ERCP procedure is typically performed 3 to 5 times, with 6 to 8 weeks between treatments.
