AMAZING FREE 4WD Beach Getaway in QLD || Family Off-Road Adventure

Join us in this video as we take our Modified Isuzu Mu-x up to what we think is one of Queensland's Best FREE! 4WD Beach Getaways.

Leaving our home in Gympie we travel approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes up the A1 towards Bundaberg. Taking a turn off the highway and passing Snakes Down Under Wildlife Zoo we head towards the Burrum Coast National Park and Kinkuna Beach.

Once we reach the Burrum Coast National Park we hit the dirt roads for the first time this trip. The Epic scenery is already beginning. After travelling into the national park a few kilometers we find a small spot to pull over and air down out 4WD tyres before hitting the sand.

I used my Staun Tyre deflators to reduce the tyre pressures to 16PSI. The Staun tyre deflaters make dropping your tyre pressures soo quick and easy.

The track down to the beach is very dusty and it can become difficult to see. I recommend driving with your headlights on through these really dusty sections.

As we head down to the beach we follow the tracks along the dunes for a while until finding the perfect spot to stop and set up for the day. The ocean is perfect! Blue water reflecting the sky and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a sure way to relax quickly.

After spending some time relaxing and having lunch we decided to go down to the beach and cool off in the incredible water! We then decide to pack up and head south down to check out on of the creeks that flows out to the ocean along the beach.

We then have to head home! We left with some great memories as a family and we also found the incredible spots to explore in the Burrum Coast National Park! We will be back! :)
