CR Scan Ferret Pro Review (Late 2024) and comparison with CR Scan Otter

When I first got this scanner early this year, it couldn't even connect to PC wirelessly, now (Nov 2024) Creality has updated the firmware and software, and the scanning experience has improved a lot for this low-cost 3D scanner.
Pros:
One of the cheapest 3D scanners on the market.
Scans black and metallic object without spray.
Fast scanning when connect to the PC.
Wireless connection works great. No stutter, No lagging.
Fair tracking performance.
Works with phone app, with slower speed trade off.
Works with cheaper non-reflective markers!!!
Cons:
Doesn't do well with smaller object (Less than 15x15x15 cm)
Scanning black object not as good as Otter.
Lower scanning detail. Not suitable for reverse engineering.
No calibration function. Do not drop it!!
Can not wirelessly mirror the screen from PC to phone/tablet. (WiFi bridge take all the bandwidth)
No physical start/stop button.
