The PS5's "Quick Menu" is officially called the Control Center. It's designed to give you fast access to key system functions without ever having to leave your game. The most effective method for editing this menu and revealing hidden controls is through a simple on-screen process.

How to Edit the Control Center (Quick Menu)
While in a game or on the home screen, press the PS button on your DualSense controller to open the Control Center at the bottom of the screen.

Navigate to any of the icons in the Control Center (e.g., Home, Game Base, Music, etc.).

Highlight an icon and press the Options button (the button with three horizontal lines, to the right of the touchpad).

This will open the customization screen. You'll see all the icons in your Control Center. The ones that are currently in the menu are at the top, and the ones that are "hidden" are at the bottom.
