Aggressive Tooling, an Authorized System Integrator, has developed an innovative pick-and-place application for exterior car mirror components using AI vision technology.

How the System Works
An AI vision camera scans the parts bin, providing real-time feedback to the FANUC M-10iD/12 robot. Using this feedback, the robot identifies the optimal pick location. The FANUC robot, equipped with a vacuum generator, then picks the part and strategically places it on specified locating details. Once correctly oriented, the parts are conveyed to the next operation.
