Can the Duomo Distribution Tool Improve the Flavour of Espresso? | Coffee with April

This week, we're brewing espresso using the Duomo 'The Eight' Distribution Tool.

The design of the Duomo is indented to assist the user in preparing their dose for tamping by using the Weiss Distribution Technique.

The tool features eight 0.7mm needles that are evenly spaced to encourage an even and balanced distribution of particles within the basket.

In this video, we discuss how this tool relates to a sensory change in brewed espresso when brewing our own roasted coffee.
