Tonight I had the pleasure privilege and honor of having NCAA champ Jason Nolf talk to our wrestling team and absolutely light our guys up 🥋🔥

We joined his Oceans team space structure to bring more intention accountability and high level systems into our program so our wrestlers can keep leveling up together as a family. After practice I sat down for a late night PB and J talking about mindset discipline and how small choices like this snack in moderation fit into an abundant lifestyle 🥪
