Ingredients
1/4 cup bajro (pearl millet)
1/4 cup chana daal ( split
chickpeas)
1/4 cup broken wheat
1/4 cup tuver daal (pigeon peas)
1/4 cup mung green beans
1/4 jowar (sorghum)
1\4 cup rice
1\4 cup peanuts
1\2 cup Fresh green chickpeas
1\2 cup green peas
1\2 cup fresh pigeon peas
1 potato
1 carrot
1 tbs ginger chili garlic paste
Dry whole masala
1\2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
