Ranking The 4 latest Toons: Shelly, Tisha, Teagan and Flutter from worst to best, in terms of Viability. I go over their stats/abilities and give my thoughts/opinions on them.

The background distracting footage kinda mid, i kept taking goof hits and making mistakes but I only had one Flutter game to use for footage so I decided it would suffice.
