Not much idle here. Taken right after the exhaust was finished. CC503 cam. 1.6 roller tip rockers. Stock lifters. Does not sound like a 25 year old Chevy. No cats, no center resonator or third cat, two 24” dynomax race bullets. True dual, no y or x-pipe. Still on stock manifolds. Long tube headers for the c4 are expensive and hard to fit but I’ll get some eventually. I am aware there is a severe lack of scavenging that would really help the car out. Next video will be at the strip or a street launch. Inspiration for the exhaust setup came from whitethunderz28 on YouTube but his channel name might be DeadpoolZ now, now sure. Hopefully he sees this cause I want to talk to him and he doesn’t respond to comments.

Temporary mail order tune from Solomon at LT1pcmtuning.com or something like that. He’s a good guy and does some good work but my car was down nearly three weeks for the tune and it’s a daily driver. Sounded like it was going to be a week to get it back. I was hoping the tune would make more of a difference than it did. Very impressive power tune being mail order and with significant mods to tune for but not a huge difference on the transmission like I was hoping. Slightly stronger DFCO (engine braking), higher shift points, but I did not feel any change in shift firmness. Would still highly recommend his tune for a stock LT1 or email street tune for a modified LT1. Currently getting about 15 mpg driving pretty hard on the streets. He does a good job with lean burn mode if that’s what you’re looking for. I made the request of the pops and crackles which turned out pretty good and that probably hurts my mpgs.
