This no equipment back workout will take your home workout or gym workout to the next level because tempo training enhances your mind muscle connection which maximizes muscle activation on every rep. There are 5 back exercises in this tempo workout. Each back exercise is performed for 6 reps with a tempo sequence of 3-3-3. You can do this bodyweight workout as a 1-round back finisher at the end of your back day or even as a back warm-up circuit at the beginning of your back day. Also, you can do 3-5 total rounds for a full volume home back workout without any equipment needed. I do this back workout real-time with you and count out the tempo so you can follow along with me.
