Shimano pd-eh 500 UPDATE!

Hey guys,
after quite some time I managed to make the long-awaited update of my Shimano pd-eh 500 pedals which I have now used for over a year.

Corrections:
- Shimano isn't the only brand that uses a spring in its pedals to adjust the difficulty of getting in and out of the SPD-system.

- I am not just "quite happy" I really like them, even though I haven't used the SPD-system much. That is because I find them very useful on backpacking trips on which I am definitely going to go again soon!

* Some people are not that happy with the size of the flat side and say that whilst mountain biking they don't feel safe with them. For all of you which think similar take a look at the Shimano XT PD-T8000.
