Our Founders, Jordan and Kaylee’s love story began as two separate paths, winding through different experiences and adventures. When their paths finally collided, it was as if everything in their lives had been leading up to that one perfect moment.

This coffee is a reflection of that beautiful journey, two distinct lives blended in perfect harmony, as if they were always meant to be together. A mix between Kaylee and Jordan’s favorite coffee processes!

The Washed Process 🌱

After harvesting, the coffee cherries are de-pulped to remove the fruit, and then the beans are fermented in water to strip away the mucilage (the sticky layer). After fermentation, they’re thoroughly washed and dried.

AND

The Natural Process 🌱

After harvesting, the whole cherry is dried intact, allowing the fruit to ferment naturally around the bean. It’s dried under the sun over days or weeks, then the dried fruit husk is removed.
