Residency by Investment in Namibia Africa for Passport Bros

Namibia has a Residence by Investment program that allows foreign investors to gain Namibian residency by making a real estate investment of at least NAD 1.5 million (approximately USD 102,000) in the President's Links Estate. The program was launched in collaboration with Henley & Partners, a global leader in residence and citizenship planning

. Successful applicants will receive a renewable five-year residency permit, and their immediate family members may also apply for residency. The government is targeting foreign investors from nearby South Africa for the pilot edition of the program

. Additionally, there is an investor permit that requires a certified copy of the applicant's employment contract in Namibia and proof that employment advertisements were published in local media. It is not clear if this program also comes with residency rights.
