Pandan chicken is an aromatic chicken dish from Thailand. They make awesome appetizers or snacks for your guests and because they are so exquisitely made, I'm very sure your guests will be very impressed by your skills. With this recipe, you don't have to travel all the way to Thailand or even go to a Thai restaurant to enjoy this dish as long as you can get hold of all the ingredients to make them yourself. They are extremely easy to make. Just try this recipe out and be surprised yourself. (In case you didn't know, pandan leaves are known as screwpine in some countries.)

Ingredients:
Makes 16 pandan chicken

Marinated chicken
—-
2 stalks of lemongrass (use only the white part)
3 cloves of garlic
3 pieces of shallots
12g of young ginger
15g of palm sugar (can be replaced with brown sugar/white sugar)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of fish sauce (can be replaced with light soy sauce)
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of coconut milk
420g of chicken thigh (can be replaced with chicken breast/fillet)
2 pieces of coriander roots

Other ingredients

16 pandan leaves (screwpine leaves)
