Spaghetti Bottarga: Delicious, Easy & Quick Recipe: "Batrakh", Lemon, Olive Oil and Wild Thyme!

معكرونة بوتارجا: وصفة لذيذة وسهلة وسريعة: "بطرخ" وليمون وزيت زيتون وزعتر بري!
.
Bottarga is a delicacy of salted, cured fish roe, typically of the grey mullet or the bluefin tuna. The best-known version is produced around the Mediterranean; similar foods are the Japanese karasumi, which is softer, and Korean eoran, from mullet or freshwater drum. It has many names and is prepared in various ways.
.
Bottarga has a distinctive flavor. It is intense, salty, a little briny, a little bitter, and very similar to caviar (which makes sense since like caviar, bottarga is fish roe).
.
Bottarga is best to eat raw, or used to top cooked preparations, almost like garnishes of flakey sea salt. Intensely flavored, a little bottarga goes a long way, so it's best grated on a microplane or thinly sliced using a mandoline. If it's too soft to grate, try freezing.

Spaghetti is a long, thin, solid, cylindrical pasta. It is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. Like other pasta, spaghetti is made of milled wheat and water and sometimes enriched with vitamins and minerals. Italian spaghetti is typically made from durum wheat semolina

“Lebnen A7la Balad Bel 3alam” and I’ve been trying to prove it since 2012. I’m Anthony Rahayel, passionate Lebanese, dental surgeon by profession, professional photographer, advocate of great food, blogger, YouTuber, influencer, marketing expert and TV presenter; having one and single aim, that is to show Lebanese and the world, “The Lebanon as not seen on TV”. I have founded Lebanon’s street food market “Souk el Akel” and won the award of “World Street Food Blogger of 2019”.
Since 2012 I’ve had only one goal – To uncover the real face of Lebanon, not the one that makes headlines on international television shows, but the real, the amazing, traditional and authentic Lebanon. It is that Lebanon I seek to broadcast far and wide. A Lebanon full of life, passion and vitality, full of people who are producing the most wonderful dishes, meals, desserts and much, much more.
