In this video I rebuild the swing arm on my rock armour rear bar on my 105 series.

parts needs to replace the bearings and seal are below

Bearings
L44649/10
L68149/10

Seal
401426N (42mm ID x 65mm OD x12mm wide tc oil seal)

As I said in the video I'm not sure if this is just for the 105 series or used across the range of rear bars for different vehicles. But the process will be the same
