Google Docs is powerful free online document creation and editing software. It lets you create, edit and collaborate on documents easily. Your documents are saved to the cloud so they can be easily accessed anywhere on any device.

In this tutorial we show you how to use bullet points or numbering in your documents. We start by showing you how to add basic bullet points, including the use of sub-bullet points. We then show you how to customize the bullet points to be any symbol.
We then show you how to create a numbered list in your document. We show you how the change the style and type of your numbering. We then show you how to add a custom prefix and suffix to your numbers. Finally we show you how to change the starting number for your numbering or restart the numbering part way through your document.
