Hello, this is Ellen Goldberg and welcome to the Language of the Hand.
In this segment we're going to talk about what palm reading can do for you and that
is a wonderful subject because it can do so much. Reading a hand is like reading a book
but this book is about you, the most interesting and important subject to know about. The
hand will show you your strengths, your weaknesses, your talents, where you need help,
where you will excel, periods of ease, it will warn you in advance of periods of difficulty,
and it will also show you what tools you have for overcoming those difficulty's. Know thyself.
These harmless words were inscribed over the entrance to the Oracle of Delphi where
mysteries were practiced.

The Eleusinian mysteries were practiced for over two thousand
years. To know ones self is the key to self realization and probably that's the main 
purpose of the palm, to help you be the best version of you. Your own unique self that
you can be. Of course, there are many roads to self knowledge. Palmistry is one of them.
Other times honored roads are of course meditation, introspection, contemplation, psychology,
astrology, which shows the blue print of the soul. There are many ways to look inside, but
for me palmistry is one of my most favorite because at a glance you know deep things
about yourself. In this modern world not only do we need to know ourselves, but knowing
other people is, well, it's so useful.

By being able to read the palm you will know instantly
things that it might otherwise take months or years to know about a person. How nice to
be able to reflect a person back to themselves as people appreciate being seen. You'll
know the best way to work with people, and to approach them, and what their style is of
thinking, emotions, what are the ways they like to talk? Is it practical? Is it imaginative?
Do you cut to the chase? Do you go into detail? The hand will let you know what the best way
to approach any person is and it is invaluable when choosing an employee, when you
meet a perspective romantic partner. You can look and not waste valuable time and
energy because you will see the soul of the person through the palm.
