Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan in Osaka Japan

Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan in Osaka Japan 7/16/2018. From outside the Shin-Osaka Station we catch a taxi to (Osaka Aquarium) Kaiyukan which the worlds largest aquarium. Where the taxi drops us off there are a huge lego giraffe for the Legoland that is inside the Tempozan Marketplace next to us and a very large ferris wheel. We walk pass the Tempozan Marketplace to the gates of the (Osaka Aquarium) Kaiyukan. Before going in we take some pictures with the smaller whale shark statue outside and then we go in. We first go in to a tunnel that you can see all the fish, sharks, and stingrays around you. They have us take a family picture instantly to buy, which we do. They also take photos with your camera too. We go up the escalator to the Japan Forest and see fish and otters. We move on to the main part of the Kaiyukan and see capybara, pirañas, penguins, dolphins, more fish, two huge whale sharks, stingrays, sunfish, seals, manta ray, seahorses, more unusual fish, garden eels, sea turtles, more eels, sharks, spider crabs, unusual sharks, and jellyfish. We come to a statue of the Unicorn Whale and see more seals, penguins, a stingray touch pool, and the preserved carcass of a Mega Mouth head. Lastly we spend some time in the gift shop. This was an incredible aquarium to see and we recommend buying your tickets online. It was very crowded at the beginning we eventually the crowd thins out as you go in more.
