Jordan Brand’s early 2021 lineup has started to leak, which already includes a few new Air Jordan 1 colorways.

One of those includes this upcoming offering that comes dressed in a mix of White, Volt, University Gold, and Black. This Air Jordan 1 features a White leather base with Black overlays up front, Volt on the ankle and Gold heels. A Yellow translucent flipped tongue label completes the design.

Nike will be kicking off the new year with a bright colorway of the Air Jordan 1. As the name implies, the "Volt Gold" AJ1 finds hits of volt being applied to the timeless silhouette.

The upcoming Air Jordan 1 colorway is a part of the Spring 2021 Jordan collection. While drawing from past Jordan 1 iterations, the "Volt Gold" makeup also features new design details such as an exposed foam tongue with a transparent, reversed tag, delivering a deconstructed feel.

Even more sneaker-leaks for 2021 have arrived, with this uniquely-colored Air Jordan 1 joining the OG Air Jordan 6 Carmine, Air Jordan 1 “Fresh Mint” and Air Jordan 1 “UNC” that were all leaked last week.

According to sneaker-sleuth @SHOF, this Air Jordan 1 High OG will arrive in a mix of white, volt, University Gold and black — which on paper sounds a bit off. We’ve tried to produce a mock-up based on these colors, but let me tell you, it wasn’t at all easy to make that scope of colors palatable. Our guesstimation below will likely be different from the actual release, but it will give you a visual reference until first looks arrive later this year.


Update 05.11.20 // Color blocking for the release has been confirmed by sneaker-leaker @PY_Rates, who has revealed that the pair will arrive in styling shown in our Photoshop below, including a textile-lined Volt collar, University Gold heels, and Black Toe overlays. Since 2020 onward, Jordan Brand has continued to offer up surprise after surprise, teaming up with an unlikely set of brands and even going as far to unveil their own inline experimentations. And as it now seems, 2021 is to be no different as the Air Jordan 1 will be ringing in the year with this inside-out “Volt Gold” colorway. Revealed via official images just today, the release will arrive in an accessible full family size run, all the core details brought with it. The toe features black in half-OG fashion, while the overlays behind prefer neon-tinged hits of Volt and Gold, each also tweaked cosmetically as they layer atop as if flipped the other way around. Yellowed soles then complete the look with a hint of vintage, while the tongue mirrors such tones as it stitches on backwards. Grab an official look at the AJ1 “Volt Gold” here and expect a release to arrive January 2nd at Nike SNKRS and possibly select retailers.
