Best DAC under $1000? The Topping D70 Pro Octo could be it. Part 1 - Review

The Topping D70 Pro Octo produces the type of sound I could listen to for hours. I do really enjoy it, and would go as far as to say, it is my current favorite DAC from what I have listened to.
