sometimes getting sick is a blessing in disguise, because it forces us to rest--something I'm not very good at. on this sick day, I decided to give myself a self-care day full of simple activities that may not necessarily have a purpose, but they bring me joy--and I'm finally learning to make time to just be with myself doing something I love.
