Ghewar Recipe💗
Ghevar or ghewar is a disc-shaped Rajasthani sweet with a honeycomb-like texture, made from ghee, maida, and sugar syrup. It is traditionally associated with the month of Shraavana and the festivals of Teej and Raksha Bandhan.

Ingredients
1. 1 cup all-purpose flour
2. 1/2 cup ghee or oil
3. 1/2 cup water
4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
5. Sugar syrup (1 cup sugar, 1 cup water)
6. Optional: cardamom powder, nuts, or dried fruits
Instructions
1. Mix flour, ghee or oil, water, and salt to form a batter.
2. Pour batter into a greased mold or plate.
3. Fry until crispy and golden.
4. Soak in sugar syrup.
5. Garnish with cardamom powder, nuts, or dried fruits.
Tips
1. Use a deep frying pan for best results.
2. Adjust sugar syrup consistency.
3. Serve warm or chilled.
Variations
1. *Cardamom Ghewar*: Add cardamom powder to batter.
2. *Nutty Ghewar*: Add chopped nuts to sugar syrup.
