Corner Wall Stretch
Hold 10 seconds
Do 3 times

Upper Trapezius Stretch
Hold for 10 seconds
Do 5 times left and right

Chest Stretch
Hold 20 seconds
Do 3 times

Chin Tuck
Hold for 5 seconds
Do 10 times
