The Regional Islamic Da'wah Council of Southeast Asia and the Pacific (RISEAP) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that coordinates Islamic missionary activities in the region. RISEAP's goals include: Promoting unity among Muslims internationally, Studying Islam's religious, educational, social, and political aspects, Establishing centers for Islamic activities, Helping Muslim minorities emphasize the Islamic basis of life, Facilitating the observance of Islamic rituals and customs, Supporting da'wah activities in minority Muslim communities, Strengthening ukhwah
Creating a platform for Muslim people to connect, Improving standards in zakat-collection, accountability, and distribution.

RISEAP was founded in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on November 11, 1980. The organization's headquarters are also in Kuala Lumpur, and it has a secretariat based there. RISEAP holds a General Assembly every two years.
