The Best Restaurant Quality Smoked Salmon Corn Chowder - Food Crazed

This is the best Smoked Salmon Corn Chowder recipe! I have perfected this recipe over the years. The flavors are just spot on and taste like you're at a fabulous restaurant! Great to serve with my Cheesy Garlic Muffins or with my Rustic Artisan Bread. (See below for links to those recipes.) Enjoy!

Smoked Salmon Corn Chowder (makes 6 servings)
-1/4 cup butter (55g)
-1 onion, diced
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour (34g)
-3 cups water (or chicken broth)(710g)
-4 teaspoons chicken bouillon (4 cubes)
-1/2 cup milk (123g)
-3-4 potatoes, peeled and diced
-2 cups whole kernel corn (or 2 ears of corn)
-1 (8.5oz) can cream style corn (241g)
-dash of salt and pepper
-1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (5g)
-1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg (dash)
-1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley (10g)
-1-2 cups flaked smoked salmon (300g)
-1 cup whipping cream (240g)
