Protein transport from ER to Golgi to lysosome - This protein transport lecture explains about the protein transport from ER to golgi bodies and then from golgi complex to lysozome through the endomembrane system of the cell. This explains the sequential process of how a protein synthesized in er lumen is chemically modified and then sorted through the golgi bodies and then to the lysozome. Lysozomal proteins are mostly hydrophobic enzymes that helps in degradation in chemical pathways.
