180 days, 180 questions that will help you find the true character of your self. Who are you? I firmly believe that depression also spreads because we want or have to be someone we are not deep down in our hearts. But most of us don't really know who we really are. If they did, they would pursue a job that 100 percent reflects their character and makes them happy. The questions I ask seem to have a global and meaningless or superficial character. At second glance, they are dedicated to the personal level. I want to consciously question how close the connection is between the big and small questions of our time and the inner life of the individual. You can meditate on the questions every day and if you are brutally honest with yourself and write down what you really think and feel and what is actually going well or badly, you will embark on a wonderful journey and one day you will rediscover yourself and perhaps even reinvent yourself. Have courage.  It's about nothing less than your life and your health. Let's go on a journey together into the silence of your universe.
