Master of Ceremony for Formal Event

Another formal event to be hosted by Nirmala Trisna, requested by Pacto Convex for Indonesian Ministry of National Development Planning.

Prior to the D day, MC had to develop a script that incorporate event objective, rundown, housekeeping notes and speakers details. The rehearsal was held to match MC and stage flows, including animation on large screen. We also had to confirm the VIP list to be greeted and acknowledged in MC opening.
