Salvage radiotherapy in earlier settings benefits patients with aggressive tumors and for patients with high risk, node positive prostate cancer, adjuvant radiotherapy is recommended. Early salvage radiotherapy is additionally suitable for patients who progress on radial prostatectomy. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2024 in San Francisco, CA.
