The City of Wells in Somerset, England's smallest city, with its historic centre, the magnificent cathedral, and the unique moated Bishop's Palace is truly unique. Wells Cathedral is a wonderful Medieval cathedral.
Vicars' Close is unique, physically connected to Wells Cathedral and the oldest intact medieval street in Europe (1348) still used for its original purpose.
