Kentucky Butter Cake | Rum Glaze | Holiday Series | Part 2

Hey y’all! In today’s video I show you how to bake a Kentucky Butter Cake! This is likely the easiest cake you will ever bake! Just throw it all in the bowl!! Thanks so much for watching!!

Ingredients:

3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup buttermilk
2 sticks of salted butter (room temperature)
4 eggs
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon vanilla

Glaze:
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick of butter
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
1 tablespoon rum extract (optional)
1/4 cups water
