These pitfalls were all my own doing. Another important lesson when pursuing any big goal is to take 100% responsibility for it. sure, it's easier to assign blame to anyone or anything other than yourself, but it doesn't help you.

The only way you improve, get to a high level, and achieve your goals, is by looking at yourself and saying "I am responsible."

You do that, and things will change. They may be difficult, but they will change.
