Editing Fixture Profiles for use with Light Rider

Here's how to edit fixture profiles that Light Rider users to both help you and fix some common problems as well. Creating fixtures is a whole different ball game and is not covered here.

CAUTION: Proceed with care. Fixture profiles can be easily changed by accident meaning something that used to work gets broken. Make sure you have a backup copy of any profile you are editing so that you can always revert to a known working version! The official Light Rider Support Team are unlikely to support your modified fixture profiles so you'll have to rely on community support for any issues you have.

Unfortunately, there's a bug in the Android File Transfer protocol (MTP) which means it's not easy to just copy files from your tablet to your laptop. The method I've use here will work for Android tablets if you can overcome the issue of copying files to and from your tablet.
