How to Fix ATR Reverse Thrust issue in MSFS 2020 with Bravo Throttle or Other Throttles

Upset that the 1.0.8 update broke the reverse thrust for the ATR 72-600 and ATR 42-600 in Microsoft Flight Simulator? Well, after a ton of experimentation, it's fixed - but you'll have to follow these straight-forward instructions on how to use SPAD.next.

For the MSFS 2020 ATR 72-600 and 42-600, the 1.08 update broke reverse thrust. Well, I fixed them. Not with a gimmick. Not the "use a button" to toggle hack - you can actually put your throttles in the reverse section of the quadrant and have reverse thrust as you would expect.

I used SPAD.next, but the shown solution should work in Axis and Ohs or just about anything else that allows firing off simulation events in response to joystick/keyboard/throttle input.
