Ingredients
1/2 cup channa dal soaked for 1 hr in warm water
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves
1/4 cup finely chopped Dill leaves
3 red chillies
3 green chillies
1” cinnamon stick
1” raw ginger
¾ tsp salt. Adjust to your taste.
Oil to deep fry. We recommend groundnut oil.

Method:
Drain channa dal and coarse grind.
Grind coconut and cumin into smooth paste
Coarse grind red chilles, green chilles cinnamon and ginger.
Mix all the ingredients from the previous steps. Add salt. Mix well.
Make balls.
Flatten by pressing on hand. Ensure your hands are wet occasionally.
Deep fry.
