Abandoned building being demolished to make way for the Beam Park hosuing develoment in Dagenham. This building stood right next to the Dgenham Ford factory for most of its working life until the factory was demolished in 2009. This is one of the best orignal Express lift and motor rooms I have seen. I believe the building was abanodned in 2016 and even before it was closed this lift was not in use for a few years. I was quite lucky to spot this site before it was completely demolished 1 week later after this was filmed.
